A generalist consultant hasn't spent 15 years inside the art market. They don't read the implicit rules, the ones that determine who gets access, who gets remembered, and who quietly loses ground. I didn't study this market. I practiced it

Branding makes you visible. What I do determines whether visibility works in your favor or against it. I work upstream, on the structure that makes communication land. Once that's stable, you communicate with a foundation, not into a void

Visibility is measurable. Position is what determines whether visibility converts, or simply exposes you

An actor with strong visibility and weak positioning becomes readable too quickly, too broadly, and to the wrong people

What I do is harder to measure in the short term, and significantly more expensive to ignore over time

The question is not what you gain immediately, it's what the right position compounds into over three years

When the return on visibility has plateaued or never arrived the way it should. When you're generating attention but not the right kind. When something about your trajectory doesn't match what the market currently sees. When a decision is approaching and the structural clarity isn't there

Visibility accelerates what already has structure. Without it, visibility accelerates fragility
